Account and draft records
Creating an account stores your email, name, password hash, account membership and security session records. Your plaintext password is not stored. Signed-in designs, draft configurations and selected imported records are stored in your private account, rather than only on this device.
Private artwork
Artwork originals and processing results are stored privately. Authorized processing workers verify the file and create separate security, preflight and preview results. Access depends on your account and the exact job assignment. A successful upload is not a clean scan or a print-readiness certification.
Device copies and consent
Original browser drafts and sample orders remain on your device. Exporting downloads a private backup. Importing selected drafts requires your action and preserves the originals. Sample orders do not become paid orders. Device backups may include artwork and contact details; store them privately.
Payments, enquiries and processing partners
Razorpay is the selected payment gateway. Payment features remain unavailable until merchant configuration and launch checks are complete. PrintStudioX does not store card numbers or CVVs. Enquiry and newsletter forms may submit to the shared APPNEURAL enquiry service. External message delivery, physical printing and shipping are confirmed separately from receiving a request.
Security and retention
Security sessions use protected cookies and can be revoked by signing out. Operational records retain the minimum information needed to investigate requests and preserve approval or financial evidence. Automatic retention and deletion policies must be enabled and verified before commercial launch; this page does not promise a deletion schedule that has not been configured.
Your requests
You can export your original device archive. Use the enquiry form to request an account-data export or deletion review. Access, retention obligations and completion are verified before the request is closed.
