Design workspace
You may create an account, save supported drafts and submit private artwork for processing. Keep your credentials private and use only artwork, trademarks and fonts you have permission to use. Account creation and saving a draft do not reserve production.
Configuration and quotations
Existing catalog imagery, materials and displayed example prices are illustrative until an approved server quotation confirms the exact product, quantity, specifications, tax, shipping and expiry. An expired or changed quotation needs your review again. A browser estimate is not a payable amount.
Artwork and proof decisions
Check your spelling, dimensions, pages, images and disclosed warnings. Any approval applies only to the displayed immutable proof and its specific artwork and specifications. A changed version requires a new review. Downloaded SVG previews and rendered proof images do not by themselves certify PDF/X, CMYK, bleed, fonts, imposition or printer compatibility.
Payment and physical fulfillment
Payment requires enabled merchant configuration and verified provider records. A browser return or a payment request does not confirm capture. Production requires the agreed specification, current approved proof, verified payment and an authorized operator release. A tracking label does not confirm dispatch or delivery.
Cancellation, refunds and availability
Any commercial cancellation, refund, turnaround and delivery terms must be disclosed and accepted with the approved quotation before paid checkout is enabled. A cancellation request does not reverse a completed physical print or guarantee a provider refund. Unsupported capabilities remain unavailable while their operational checks are pending.
